» Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is also included in the price. The continental breakfast includes: coffee, cappuccino or tea,
croissant, toast and one fresh juice drink.
» Do you charge full price for children?
Children between the ages of 0-3 stay for free. From 4 years up are subject to standard fares.
» Can you help me get to you from the airport?
Absolutely, for a small surcharge we can shuttle you from/to the airport by a private car Service.
» Is there internet access?
Certainly, the guest house has free Wi-Fi internet access in all rooms and public areas.
» Is the B&B in a good location?
Absolutely, the guest house is located 10 mins walk from St Peters and the Vatican, 5 mins walk
from the Vatican Museums, and you can easily reach by underground or other public transports:
Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, the Roman
Forum and the Colosseum.
» What payment methods are available to me?
We gladly accept cash, or credit card with 20% being taken as deposit and the balance paid at
check-in. For longer bookings however, guests must pay 50% and there is no right to refund on
» What are the check-in and check-out times?
For check in, generally in the afternoon from 2.00 pm, but it is possible that the room is ready even before. It is therefore necessary to arrange the arrival time by phone and also enter it when booking. In any case, you can leave your luggage on your arrival (after 9:30 am). We will send you a text message as soon as your room is ready.
Check out is at 10:00am.
» Do you have to pay additional charges, in addition to the price indicated at the time of booking?
Nothing else is due for your stay with us. The City of Rome, like most of the European cities of great interest, however, requires a tourist tax of Euro 3.5 per person per day that you can pay on your arrival. We will pay the contribution to the City in your place.
